Delegates and Alternates
Online voting needs no Alternates but the number of Delegates per club follows the usual entitlement.
Just to clarify, to qualify against your club membership total for Delegate Votes, members have to have joined the club 1 year and 1 day by the beginning of the month preceding the month of the Convention, the CNRO ruled that the month set for the Convention was March, therefore to qualify, members would have had to join your club before 31st January 2019.
